along a backroad near victor and driggs idaho, on the west side of the teton range. it's autumn, and the weather had been rainy for days, but occasionally there were periods of sunlight that burst through the clouds. there was almost no traffic and the quiet was charming, more so when as we frequently heard the chortle of sandhill cranes, so i added a small flight of them.
