an idyllic view of our own little apple tree under heavy snow. it's gnarled and very tiny, and though it resides in SW colorado, i've animated it with eastern songbirds. i hung a bucket from the tree years ago and very often it is a perch for birds. here in a holiday spirit i've imagined a host of different birds availing themselves of some very late fruit and seeds.
