another in the florida poster series, and another one with flamingoes, this time with three wading out into a lagoon or bay. flamingoes may be popular in florida but wild ones are rather rare, being native to cuba and hispanola and locales further south. this image suggests a vintage postcard complete with stamps and cancellation mark, with the idyllic view of the ocean and a distant sailboat, with a blue morpho butterfly-- though the later would be rare too!
