love those country roads; you can drive really slowly and even stop to look at flowers or birds without worrying about other traffic bearing down on you. this is a lonely stretch of gravel between ridgeway and telluride colorado; it's late summer and so the grass along the gully has gone orange; there is a small flight of tree swallows moving above the horizon.
